Every now and then a message lands in the inbox that stops you mid-coffee. This was one of them.

Adam, a customer from Sweden, had ordered a custom board game insert project — precise colour-matching across multiple factions, clear communication throughout, and a tight shipping window. A few days after delivery, he sent us this:

Colour-matching across faction palettes is one of the trickier parts of a custom order — there is no single filament that covers every game’s art direction. Getting it right takes test prints, reference checks, and honest back-and-forth with the customer. Knowing it landed exactly as intended is the best possible outcome.
