In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (physical goods only).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you may proceed and purchase a shipping label of your choice. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or tariffs paid. These remain the buyer's responsibility.. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to
- Digital files of any kind
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, by using our Withdraw here electronic withdrawal function. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital files or custom/personalised items.

Refunds
If your withdrawal is accepted, we will reimburse you within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
