Judge.me is an independent review platform used by over 150,000 Shopify merchants worldwide. It collects, verifies, and displays customer reviews and it gives you, the shopper, the tools to assess authenticity, not just read stars.

1 The Star Rating Widget

The stars you see under every product title are a live average calculated from every single submitted review from our website and Etsy.
The number next to the stars is the exact count of verified buyers who left feedback.

2 The Reviews List Widget

This is the full review feed on each product page. Every entry shows:

• Reviewer name Real people from real places around the world.
• Verified Buyer badge Automatically assigned by Judge.me to customers who purchased through our store. We cannot manually add this badge unless we want to lose the Diamond Transparency Badge.
• Review date You can judge how recent the feedback is.
• Star rating + review Displayed exactly as submitted.
• Customer photos & videos If uploaded by clients.

3 The Rating Distribution Bar Chart

You can find the breakdown of all ratings from 5-star down to 1-star here. This bar chart shows the full spread and not just the highlights. 

4 The Medals Widget

This Home Page widget displays our Judge.me certification level. Currently: 💎 Diamond for Transparency and for Authenticity, the highest tier Judge.me awards ONLY if 100% of reviews that are published come from a verified source and are unchanged.

📬 Where Do Reviews Come From?

After an order is fulfilled, Judge.me automatically sends a review request email to the customer. They click a unique link tied to their specific order, rate the product, and optionally write a comment or upload photos all within Judge.me's secure platform.
If a customer buys an item on Etsy and leaves a review on Etsy, we use Judge.me import function. No modifiable CSV file is involved; otherwise, we would lose the badge.

🔐 How Are Reviews Verified?

• Purchase verification: Reviews are cross-referenced with actual order data. Only confirmed buyers receive an invitation for that specific product.
• Single-use email link: Each invitation is unique and tied to one order. No duplicate or anonymous submissions.
• No open submission form: You can't just visit our store and leave a review without having bought something. Every review is anchored to a real transaction.

💎 What Is the Diamond Transparency Badge Exactly?

Judge.me awards transparency badges in tiers. Diamond is the top. It's granted only to stores that:

• Publish 100% of reviews — including critical and negative ones — without filtering.
• Maintain a consistent track record of transparency over time.
• Meet Judge.me's strict criteria for review authenticity and merchant conduct.

This badge is not purchased. It is not a claim we made. It is independently awarded and displayed by Judge.me — meaning they are vouching for our behavior, not us vouching for ourselves.

✅ TLDR What This Means If You're a New Customer

• Every review was written by someone who actually bought the product. Here on our store or on Etsy. The review will tell you where it is from, so you can even double-check!
• No review has been edited, deleted, or hidden because it was negative.
• The star rating reflects the full picture, not a curated highlight reel.
