Lost or missing parcels For orders shipped within Italy, we will contact the courier directly on your behalf if a package is reported lost (after 20 business days from dispatch). For international orders, once the parcel leaves Italy, the buyer is responsible for tracking and filing claims with the courier in their country.
Returns & Refunds In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (physical goods only). Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition.
