We offer worldwide shipping. Costs and
delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days internationally (Italy: 2–5 business days), though delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or tariffs applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

USA orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so no additional customs charges at delivery.

Lost or missing parcels
For orders shipped within Italy, we will contact the courier directly on your behalf if a package is reported lost (after 20 business days from dispatch).
For international orders, once the parcel leaves Italy, the buyer is responsible for tracking and filing claims with the courier in their country.

Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (physical goods only).
Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or tariffs paid. These remain the buyer's responsibility.

Digital Downloads (STL Files)
Due to the digital nature of STL files, all sales are final at the time of purchase.
No refunds are available on digital products.
