If a package is lost within Italy, we will contact the courier. Once the parcel leaves Italy, the buyer must handle tracking and claims with the courier in their country.
Returns follow the legal 14-day withdrawal right. All return shipping costs (including customs fees and tariffs) to send the item back arealwaysthe buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in pristine condition. Refunds will exclude these return costs.
Due to the digital nature of STL files, we don’t offer refunds on digital downloads.

3D printed in high-quality PLA material, this insert streamlines setup, keeps all components perfectly organized, and makes every game night smoother and faster.
All as discribed, very well done and great quality. Fit well with sleeves. To sort it and put it in the box I had to go back to Etsy to look at the pictures there. It would be nice if they included instructions, but it's a very minor complaint. The rest was perfect!

I got the Hegemony inserts, the quality was superb and they were really well planned.
Usually I have trouble taking the game to the table, because the setup is cumbersome. But these inserts make life so much easier, just give the respective box to each player! (Everything is so tightly and beautifully organized that part of me wants the game to end, so that I can organize everything back to the box)
The seller's customer service was really good, it was really attentive and responsive in the whole progress.
I can really recommend these inserts.

The insert did not fit my sleeves, but seller was very accomodating and sent me replacements that specifically fit my needs! Will order again :)
